History: The Willows building was built in 1913. It was restored and modernized in 2008.
Amenities: Rooms include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a safe, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Rooms in the Main Hotel, Atlantic View, have a balcony, and rooms in Portside/Oceanside have either a balcony or a patio. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, a private beach, an exercise room, and a free shuttle to downtown or Acadia National Park. There is a restaurant on-site called The Bistro, which is casual fine dining.
The hotel hosts weddings and other private events.
Recreational Activities: Acadia National Park is perfect for those who love the outdoors. At the park, guests can hike, mountain bike, swim, kayak, canoe, or view wildlife. The Kebo Valley Golf Course is located nearby and is an 18-hole seasonal course. Or, book a whale watch or sailing excursion from the harbor. Check out the Abbe Museum to learn about Native American history or the Natural History Center to learn about Maine’s natural habitats.
