Step back in time with Friends of Merrymeeting Bay (FOMB) on their ever-popular historical tour of Swan Island. FOMB member and Friends of Swan Island president, Jay Robbins, will lead the tour to the unique, isolated island.
We’ll go by ferry around to the east side campground. Here we’ll split into two groups of up to 20. One group will take the truck tour and other group will have programming at the boathouse. Then groups will switch.
We’ll leave from campground just before 1:00pm to return to Richmond landing. Folks can bring a snack or lunch, or eat in Richmond upon return.
