SUMMARY: The Union Church is a great example of the Greek Revival style on its exterior. The inside of the former church has been modified over the years but the exterior has been relatively untouched.
MORE INFORMATION: History: The Union Church was built in 1849 and was an active church until 1902. After closing as a church, it became the Town Hall up until 1987. For a few years, the building was used as a gymnasium for school-aged children.
Collections and Highlights: Aside from the beautiful Greek Revival architecture, highlights to see during a visit to the church include the original three-stage bell tower and the clock.
