History: Architect John Calvin Stevens designed the Grand Yellow Lady of Goose Rocks Beach in 1899. The property has been host to political figures and celebrities over the years. In 2011, the building was purchased by the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, renovated, and renamed The Tides Beach Club.
