Number of Campsites: Sun Outdoors Saco-Old Orchard Beach has 191 campsites. A variety of different cabins are also for rent, from a studio to two bedrooms. Tents are welcome, and many sites are located under the pines. Full hookups are available with electricity ranging from 20 to 50 amps. Be sure to put in your RV length. While some sites can accommodate 45-foot rigs, others only accept 35. Both pull-thru and back-in sites are offered. Full hookup sites also have cable. Some sites can accommodate slide-outs, but not all can. All sites have Wi-Fi access as well as a fire ring and picnic table.
Campground Amenities: The campground has clean restrooms, laundry, hot showers, a dog park, a dump station, playground, camp store, Merry Moose Snack Bar, a heated swimming pool, pedal car rental, access to the beach trolley, and a community fire pit.
Recreational Activities: Many recreational activities are offered, including planned activities and themed weekends, volleyball, basketball, hot tub, splash pad, and corn hole. In the area there are all manner of activities, including fishing, shopping, and eating lobster.
Season of Operation: Sun Outdoors Saco-Old Orchard Beach is open from May 1 to October 14.
