MORE INFORMATION: Number of Campsites: Campers of all types are welcome, from tenters to those with RVs up to 90 feet. Come for the night or for the season. Monthly campers get a special rate. Tent campers can choose from water and electric hookups or no hookups. Spacious pull-thru sites with S/W/E 30/50 amp. Camping cabins, cottages, and a lodge are offered to rent. All sites have picnic tables and fire pits. Slide outs are allowed.
Campground Amenities: Campers will find a multitude of amenities at Skowhegan/Kennebec Valley KOA. Campers enjoy the KOA cafe, gift store, arcade, game room, playground, sports fields, clean restrooms, and hot showers. Designated dog walks and dog park keep doggies happy too. A playground and laundry are also provided.
Recreational Activities: Themed weekends are filled with fun activities for the entire family such as hayrides and other organized activities. Swimming is available in the pool or at Lake George, just 5 minutes away. Enjoy disc golf, a jump pad, basketball, corn hole, and a Gaga ball pit.
Season of Operation: Skowhegan/Kennebec Valley KOA is open from May 17 to October 20.
Pet Policy: Skowhegan/Kennebec Valley KOA is pet-friendly. All pets must have a current rabies vaccination, and you are required to bring a copy of the current vaccination at the time of registration. All pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets are allowed in all cabins, except for the Moose Lodge, for which we charge a pet fee. Owners are to pick up after their pets, whether at their site or around the park. A $50 fee will be imposed to pick up your pet's waste. The second offense is eviction. Pet owners have a high level of responsibility, and we take it seriously. Please note: Pets are not allowed in the main building, store, registration area, bathrooms, laundry, showers, arcade, pool, or café. There is a designated dog walk area on the premises.
