Passadumkeag Historical Society

The building that houses the Passadumkeag Historical Society was built sometime between 1843 and 1849 as the District #2 school. It has served as a church, a library, the town hall, and a private home in its 170 plus years. The National Register of Historic Place listed this building in 1997. The town purchased it in 1986 and gave it to the Passadumkeag Historical Society where it remains today.
