SUMMARY: The Jean H. Kislak Community Dog Park is located in Rockland at the P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center and is fully funded by donations. The park is slightly sloped with double-gated entrances and trees for shade. The park includes separate areas for small and large dogs. The park is fully fenced in. Consider leaving a monetary donation in the donation box near the small dog area. Note that there is no water source in the park.

- Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and wear a collar with ID and rabies tag
- Owners must remain in the park with their dog at all times
- Maximum number of dogs per owner: 3
- Minimum age for dogs: 6 months
- Minimum age for handlers: 16
- Children 7 and under are not allowed in the park. Children 8-15 are allowed with a supervising adult.
- Choke and pinch collars and head halters need to be removed before entering through the second gate
- Do not allow a dog to dig holes. If a hole is dug, please fill it in immediately.
- Absolutely no food allowed
- No alcohol, smoking, or vaping in the park or premises
- No weapons allowed (including knives over 6 inches and firearms)
Amenities: The dog park has a large gazebo, benches, and waste bags.
