MORE INFORMATION: History: The Cherryfield-Narraguagus Historical Society was established in 1974 in order to preserve the history of Cherryfield. When it initially opened, artifacts were donated by local families and industries. The collection has grown over the years and the Historical Society plans to expand in the near future.
Collections and Highlights: The historical collection includes items from the Cherryfield General Store such as milk bottles, spices, a washing board, barber shop items, and more. Vintage furnishings like a rocking chair, a wooden chest, a tea kettle, a spice container set, and glassware are also on display. Photographs round out the collection.
