SUMMARY: Archipelago is a lovely shop that is home to arts and crafts created by Maine artists. The spot opened in 2000 and is both a shop and a gallery affiliated with the Island Institute. Over the years, the gallery has showcased the work of more than 1500 locals. In addition to the retail shop, Archipelago holds workshops, classes, networking events, and speakers. This is a great spot to find a unique gift or household item!
