SUMMARY: AMC Wilderness Lodges are situated in Maine's 100-Mile Wilderness area and are connected by more than 90 miles of trails. The winter season offers lodge-to-lodge skiing while summer offers fly-fishing and hiking. Wildlife watching is enjoyable year round! The Maine Woods region is one of the darkest places remaining on the East Coast and has been designated as an International Dark Sky Park. Due to its exceptional dark skies, the Park is one of the best places for stargazing in the region. The pet friendly property also offers cabins, huts, bunkhouses and campsites.
